普丁投書 美諷俄沒言論自由

（路透華盛頓12日電）俄羅斯總統蒲亭昨天深夜投書「紐約時報」抨擊「美國卓異主義」，白宮發言人卡尼（Jay Carney）說，美國對蒲亭的發言並不意外。

 卡尼說：「但事實是，俄羅斯與美國完全不同，恰恰展現了美國獨特的原因。」 卡尼說，俄羅斯壓迫言論自由，但蒲亭卻利用了美國的言論自由發表文章，並凸顯正是蒲亭所謂的民主價值，讓美國在世界顯得與眾不同。 卡尼告訴記者：「值得一提的是，蒲亭用社論發表意見，正反映美國優越的言論自由傳統，這實在諷刺。」 卡尼說：「俄羅斯沒有言論自由的傳統，事實上，過去10年左右，俄羅斯言論自由每況愈下。」中央社（翻譯）
