標題[請益] 回絕offer後被要求寄回聘書?

想請問版上各位前輩 之前收到某半導體廠offer， 但因為簽約金談不攏， 以及人資後續並未回電等因素而拒絕了該offer。 但今天卻接到電話要求必須將該offer寄回， 其實還蠻不舒服的，還要花自己錢寄回(重點是奇摩子問題....) 看聘書內容是沒有提到要寄回這點， 那請問我不寄回會有法律責任嗎? 感謝各位了! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.85.130.45
