surface pro modern apps 同步問題

各位大大好,小弟最近買一只了surface pro ,然後小弟將自己的micro sd卡插進去surface裡,不過win8 內建幾個apps(音樂,相簿)好像不能同步外置裝置的檔案?不知道有甚麼辨法直接讓apps能直接同步sd卡裡的檔案呢?麻煩各位解答一下,感謝
