iPhone5有PPS APP一直出現，而且id是別人的

我的iPhone5是去買拆封機的，也重置過了，apple id也是自己的，但是我的桌面一直會出現PPS的app，
不知為何，刪除後插上電腦開啟iTunes就會出現，或者莫名的出現，而且app更新的畫面剛好有PPS更新，按更新時跳出來的apple id是別人的帳號??我怎麼也找不到問題在哪?不知各位高手有誰知道嗎?謝謝~
