關於最近立法院長的事件 如果明天他被開除黨籍 但因為他是不分區立委 所以就會失去立委資格 當然就不是院長了 但如果在新會期開始前 有政黨要拉攏他 開出不分區位子給他 使他又有了立委職位 那這樣依法 院長還會需要改選嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.92.210
