請問房屋買賣"履保銀行"和"房貸銀行"有一定要同一家嗎?

我的代書說要是貸別家銀行的房貸...要匯錢過去辦履保專戶的銀行會有問題???

可是我想同時送件三家銀行最後挑核貸條件最好的一家申辦房貸

請有經驗的網友解惑,謝謝~

另外,想請問申請印鑑證明是賣方辦就好?還是買方也要辦.....傻傻搞不清楚
