怎麼自慰才會舒服?

這個問題很矛盾
我是女生，也上過床做過愛了
但現在因為另一半因為工作去了遠地...
一年只能回國幾次

身體很希望有個發洩的管道
但自慰怎樣都不是很舒服、幾乎很少嘗試..

有時甚至會用稍微憋尿來增加一點感覺
但也是沒用...
自己也不是性冷感，做愛時其實還很敏感、但自慰怎麼樣都不舒服..
每每到關鍵就會無法繼續下去

該怎麼辦好?
不會找一夜情、也不想做背叛另一半的事..
