關說案 立委籲總統約五院長共調查

立法院長王金平、民進黨團總召柯建銘涉關說案持續延燒，多數立委將矛頭指向陰謀論，政壇風雨欲來。

民進黨立委趙天麟說，特偵組監聽譯文證據力不足，卻已震撼政壇、扼殺國會及司法威信，他呼籲馬總統邀五院院長、朝野代表共同釐清真相，立法院也可成立調閱委員會處理此案。
