客家麻糬凹洞 媳婦出氣捏的

花蓮縣客屬會花蓮分會昨天舉辦客家美食訓練班，20多名婆婆媽媽一起搗麻糬，聽了指導老師邱春連的說明，才知道，麻糬變成媳婦的出氣包，上面才會凹1個洞。

「媳婦太生氣了，所以把麻糬捏凹。」花蓮縣客屬會花蓮分會昨天舉辦客家美食訓練班，20多名婆婆媽媽一起搗麻糬，聽了指導老師邱春連的說明，才知道，麻糬變成媳婦的出氣包，上面才會凹1個洞。

花蓮縣客屬會花蓮分會會長彭榮華表示，客家美食課程共5天，26名婆婆媽媽分成4組，客家人婚喪喜慶都要用麻糬，所以，第1堂課就從搗麻糬入門。

指導老師邱春連把故事與美食結合，讓學員上課更有精神。她解釋客家麻糬最後要以大拇指把麻糬捏凹，「因為婆婆要媳婦做很多麻糬，媳婦一肚子怒氣，只好猛捏麻糬」。
