我朋友她假釋回來.但他有用毒品.他不能去驗.他之前都有去報到.但他這是第二個月驗尿報到.可以跟觀護人請假嗎?如果沒正當理由觀護人說不能請.如果真的沒去要開他"警告單".那會怎樣嗎?會影響假釋嗎??
