曾勇夫請辭　藍委肯定：身處風暴很難說清楚

〔政治中心／台北報導〕法務部長曾勇夫涉嫌關說遭移送監院，6日晚間正式請辭獲准。對此國民黨政策委員會執行長林鴻池肯定他的做法，認為曾若身陷風暴，很能把事情說清楚，最後決定請辭，是明智的抉擇。

曾勇夫涉嫌關說，二進二出政院向院長江宜樺說眀詳情，最後在避免造成法務體系紛擾、業務推展困難、考量機關未來的情況下請辭，獲得府院的批准。但他也強調，自己絕對清清白白，未來會以老百姓身分來對自己負責。

林鴻池隨後接受中央社訪問時指出，立法院藍營對此相當肯定，認為曾勇夫知所進退是明智抉擇。

他強調，不知特偵組指涉是否屬實，但曾若繼續身處風暴當中，沒有跳開是非圈，恐怕很難說清楚，請辭的抉擇是明智之舉，也不得不然。

林還補充，這起事件應可以給司法界警惕，日後處事該嚴守分際，避免瓜田李下嫌疑。

至於被指控涉嫌關說的立法院長王金平，剛好在消息發布前出發前往馬來西亞，由於這是王的家庭旅遊，行程並不公開。幕僚透露，王最快9日返台，目前暫時無法替他做任何回應。
