沙拉含大腸桿菌 新北3店家各罰3萬

受女性歡迎的輕食「蔬果沙拉」遭新北市衛生局驗出含有大腸桿菌群，包括丹堤新店民權店等3家餐飲店被驗出不合格，業者各被罰3萬元。

新北市衛生局昨公布8月抽查餐飲業、超商蔬果沙拉結果，25件有5件被驗出大腸桿菌群超標，複驗仍有3件不合格。

衛生局食品藥物管理科長林冠蓁表示，這次檢測大腸桿菌群，瞭解業者製作食品環境是否乾淨，並非病原性的大腸桿菌；病原性大腸桿菌會使人腹瀉，幼兒可能引發嚴重疾病。

衛生局要求不合格的3家業者限期改善，若再驗出不合格，將重罰。林冠蓁呼籲，買蔬果沙拉應選有信譽的店家，包裝完整或保持冷藏，且購買後應馬上食用。

丹堤總公司表示，新店民權店的生菜沙拉7月就沒有通過初檢，但當時店家沒有報備，昨天複檢沒通過，消息才傳回總公司。總公司已立即請加盟店顧問前往調查，對於不符標準的店家，加盟顧問會開單警告、限期改善，若持續未達標準則會提前解約。
