國考專技兩階段 增公職律師

〔自由時報記者楊久瑩／台北報導〕專技國考又有新變革！考選部已擇定「大地工程」技師優先實施分階段考試，最快今年將完成考試規則的修法，未來通過第1階段考試後，必須取得2年實務經驗並通過第2試，才可對外執業。

考選部長董保城表示，為提升專技考試的品質，避免應考人投機取得實務經驗證明後，輕易執業，預計9月將修改考試規則，未來包括技師、建築師等多類考試，擬將採行分階段辦理，透過第二階段的筆試及口試進行專業再確認。

另考選部也確定將推動「公職律師」政策，法律系學生未來將多一個考公職的機會，預計最快明年推動，並將協助爭取績效獎金等，以鼓勵法律人投入公職。
