大崎墓園遭收回 墓主遺族盼地主協商

新竹縣寶山鄉大崎村墓園已存在百年，去年底地主鄭姓家族決議收回，並在今年架設鐵圍籬，禁止民眾進出，近四百位墓主遺族，殷盼公部門能介入協調。

鄭姓地主月初在墓園周邊張貼公告，限民眾在今年年底前完成遷葬，否則將提起刑事竊佔訴訟，引發墓主遺族怨言。「這手段太強制了！」張姓校長昨天在公聽會中表示，先祖也葬在該地，雖認同該土地為私人財產，但希望地主能給空間與時間協商。

其他遺族也無奈表示，過去大崎墓園為五號公墓，家族不少先祖都葬此，地主突然收回，也不知如何是好。當地鄉民說，過去鄭家先祖葬此時，曾慨然允諾佃農可葬在周遭，因此不少人也葬於此，如今地主討回土地，恐造成雙傷。

協助處理的縣議員邱振瑋昨天委請律師王耀星到場，律師建議墳墓所有權人，蒐集證據來證明已和平、公然占有十年以上，或向相關單位申請登記。律師認為，墓園由來已久，墓主遺族「別讓自身權益睡著！」
