巴拉圭掃黑帥警 謝立功的愛徒

「老師！沒想到在這裡遇到你！」到巴拉圭東方市掃黑小組參訪的移民署長謝立功，突然聽到有人用中文叫他，一眼看去，發現竟是當年他在警大教書時的學生卡洛斯，闊別10年，想不到會在萬里海外重逢，而卡洛斯已是掃黑組的副組長。

32歲，身高190公分的卡洛斯（Carlos），長相有點像藝人費翔，他是東方市裡的「警察明星」，偵破不少販毒、幫派案件，10年前曾以交換學生身分，到台灣警大攻讀國境警察研究所。

謝立功說，卡洛斯有外國人深遂臉孔，上課時想不注意到他都很難，當年曾勉勵他珍惜在台灣所學，回去好好發揮，「很高興他真的做到了！」
