生醫產業總評 租稅優惠倍受關注

9月2日行政院院長江宜樺、立法院長王金平將共同召開的「2013生醫產業總評」，其中二類醫材擴大租稅倍受市場關注。由於國內二類醫材占生技產業比重近五成，若將二類醫材納入醫材租稅優惠種類，對生技產業將是利多。

第二類醫材擴大納入「生技新藥條例」的租稅優惠範圍相關法案預期將在立法院下個會期修正通過，直接受惠醫材包括導管、隱形眼鏡、骨材、血糖機等，受惠生技個股包括泰博、五鼎、華廣、紅電醫、聯合等。

江、王會面後，可望為生技新藥產業發展條例擴大適用範圍修法推進一步，未來二類醫材凡需要臨床試驗者，都納入租稅抵減優惠的範疇。法規放寬後，適用租稅優惠的生技業者可望超過100 家。

立法院今年5月初審通過生技新藥條例修正案，放寬適用租稅優惠高風險醫材定義，納入第三等級或臨床試驗核准第二等級醫材。
