李嘉誠 再度拋售大陸資產

繼標售百佳超市不到兩個月後，李嘉誠再度脫手廣東西城都薈廣場一半股權，交易達港幣卅二點六億元（約新台幣一百廿六億）。對於李嘉誠頻頻拋售大陸資產，分析師預測，是為了投資歐洲市場籌備資金。

南方都市報報導，廣州西城都薈廣場是一個大型綜合購物商場，共四層樓，占地約七萬平方公尺，因為招商受阻等原因拖了五年多，去年底才開業。但經營效益低，除了連接地鐵的地下一樓有營運外，二、三樓不少店鋪仍空置。這次出售項目還包括廣場所有停車場及老年活動中心。

第一商業網黃華軍認為，商業物業真正價值不在於租金回報，而是物業升值。其現金回報遠遠不及住宅房產。物業升值部分如果不變現，效益就顯現不出來。

李嘉誠曾表示看好歐洲投資機會。業內人士認為，可能是為和黃投資歐洲市場籌備資金。兩個月前，和記黃埔斥資十一億美元，收購西班牙電信在愛爾蘭的子公司。
