豪雨成災　馬總統：「料敵從寬」少傷亡

康芮颱風離台後，因對流及鋒面影響，各地豪雨不斷，總統馬英九與行政院長江宜樺31日晚間在經濟部水利署舉行豪雨災情簡報會議，召集各部會研議對策。

據報導，馬總統說，各地降雨災情嚴重，召開緊急會議是為了預防之後若傳出豪雨災情，相關單位已有對策因應，因此在31日晚間前往經濟部聽取氣象局、交通部、農委會、經濟部、內政部、國防部、災防辦等單位簡報。

馬總統表示，大雨還會持續至1日早上8點，現階段需要提防的是土石流災情，土石流黃色警戒及紅色警戒區域未來可能釀災，需密切注意。目前各地淹水情況除了少數在1公尺以上，多數都是50公分以下。

南部蔬菜生產區受颱風及豪雨影響災損嚴重，農委會為因應市場需求，將釋出蔬菜。其他災防單位包含國防部也準備充足人力，預防緊急情況發生。馬總統提醒各部會要「料敵從寬、禦敵從嚴」，提高警覺以減少傷亡。
