新產中山北路6段不動產自用改為投資用

提高不動產運用彈性，新產(2850)董事會決議將中山北路6段不動產從自用轉為投資用，將開始對外招租，內部評估，因該地段地理位置不錯，未來滿租後年租金報酬率至少將符合法規下限，甚至有朝2.5%邁進實力。

新產昨日董事會通過幾項關於不動產的布局，包括調整不動產自用與投資用比例，該公司表示，該部分主要是因應法規規定，將原不列入投資用不動產面積的停車場納入，但對投資用不動產面積的總值影響不大。

另外，新產董事會也通過將北市中山北路6段不動產由自用轉為投資用，該公司表示，原購入該不動產是為做為辦公室使用，但因故並未遷入，先前短暫作為倉庫使用，為求提高不動產的運用彈性及收益率，決議將該棟不動產轉列投資用，對外招租。

新產指出，因該地段地理位置不錯，未來滿租後的年租金報酬率一定會符合法規下限水準，甚至有機會朝2.5%邁進，藉此也將提高整體不動產的穩定收益。
