賣菸給未成年 台東超商也違規

（中央社記者盧太城台東縣22日電）台東縣衛生局人員喬裝學生購買香煙，62家店有27家違規販售，甚至連連鎮超商也違規。

台東縣衛生局表示，日前由衛生局員工穿上台東高中職甚至國中的學校制服，無預警前往雜貨店、檳榔攤和超商購買菸酒。總共抽檢62家，合格35家、不合格27家，合格率57%。

衛生局表示，不合格的商家以一般雜貨店及檳榔攤居多，但是也有農會超市和連鎖超商違規。多數店家都知道菸害防制法相關規定及罰則，但皆心存僥倖心態。

台東縣衛生局呼籲，販賣菸品業者要做好把關，發現有學生或看似未滿18歲青少年，務必請對方出示證明，確認已滿18歲方可販售，以免違反菸害防制法第13條規定「任何人不得供應菸品予未滿18歲者」，違者可處新台幣1萬元以上，5萬元以下罰鍰。1020822
