標題[問題] 車險空窗期?

因爬不到資料,打給保險公司說會要承辦人回我電話也沒回,只好來問問. 因汽車保險8/10即到期,8/1委託車商業代續保,強制險隔天有下來, 但到8/20汽車保單一直沒消息,打給保險公司說還沒收到件, 業代說因統一送件會較慢,要保書8/1當下簽名就算保單成立, 我想問的是,等到保險公司收到件了這期間的空窗期保單有沒有成立? 若發生事故保險公司會認嗎?? --
