薄案續審 檢辯就涉收大連國際賄款展開攻防

世紀大審判！中共前重慶市委書記薄熙來被控涉嫌貪污、受賄及濫用職權的案件，下午繼續開庭審理。

檢方指稱，根據刑法規定，國家工作人員為他人謀取利益，就構成受賄罪，而大連國際總經理「唐肖林」向薄熙來提出明確請求，將大連駐深圳辦事處併入大連國際，然後再利用駐深辦原有的土地進行開發，就是為唐肖林謀取利益。控方又說，即使是公事公辦，薄熙來也有收受唐肖林賄款的事實。

辯方則主張，薄熙來當時不知道唐肖林會從中獲利，又認為檢方指公司與個人是不可分的判斷是有問題的。
