Nate Robinson已經證明身高劣勢不是阻礙他在NBA發展的原因，天性喜愛挑戰的他，下一步想挑戰的是，聯盟最強第六人這個位置。

Robinson說，因為他個人較傾向於從板凳出發，所以他想成為全聯盟最厲害的第六人，這會是他之後在NBA持續追尋的目標。

「其實我還有很多事情想做，第六人是一個目標，我也想拿個三分球大賽冠軍，成為一個有過灌籃大賽頭銜的三分球大賽冠軍。」

其實Robinson有好多目標想實踐，他也想幫球隊戰績走得更遠，季後賽甚至總冠軍，跟很多在NBA奮鬥的球員一樣，不過他也談到場外的目標。

「我夢想有朝一日，可以用我的名義成立籃球訓練營，教孩子打籃球，如何在籃球這條路上追逐自己的夢想。」Robinson說，在NBA他有好多事情想做。

曾表示不會在參加灌籃大賽的他，也是為了表演給孩子們看，不排除再參加，「如果有孩子想看我表演，我又有機會參賽，我會考慮報名的。」
