西南氣流影響 台南晝如黑夜

潭美甩尾功力驚人，台南地區在中午仍颳起八級強陣風，伴隨著猛烈的陣雨及雷響，天色瞬間昏天暗地，大白天看來如同入夜。

根據南部氣象站表示，台南地區在過去兩小時內出現八級的強陣風，西南氣流引進的雨帶一路從「北台南」延伸至「南台南」，約計中午已進入「北高雄」，雨量出現最多的地方是白河大凍山，累積過去24小時的雨量是351毫米，平地也有100以上的累積雨量。

台南市災害應變中心昨晚已預防性撤離部份地區居民，除了沿海逢滿潮，部份路段出現積水之外，左鎮、楠西山區也有停電情形，所幸未傳出重大災情。

氣象站表示今明兩天仍要提防類似間歇性陣雨出現。
