標題[討論] 欣興電子 製造工程師缺??

小弟 私立淡水某大學學士畢 念化工的 沒工作經驗 面試過許多家.. 手頭上有一個offer讓我好猶豫.. 就是欣興電子-製造工程師... 福利和加班制度就不提了......(板上對欣興的心得都參考過了..) 重點是我要從中部北上到桃園山鶯廠來工作(s2製程) 要考慮到住宿問題... 人資打來和我談pay的時候我在吃麥當勞....餐廳很吵..... 聽完整個薪資結構...我是認為還可以接受..當時沒想太多 但現在想想...我那時候是不是可以再跟他談高一點..?? 面試英文我考625印象中是x3等級..智力測驗80 拿到offer再回去談pay真的有點怪怪的= = 有鄉民可以給個range嗎??.....讓我參考我現在這個pay是不是適合再談更高的... 離報到日還有幾天時間..還是我直接打電話去跟他談就好?? 我期望待遇是38k...有機會嗎?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.110.56.144 ※ 編輯: dante791130 來自: 123.110.56.144 (08/22 11:41)
