新台幣盤初升逾 1角

（中央社記者高照芬台北2013年8月22日電）台股早盤下跌，台北外匯市場新台幣兌美元匯率盤初走升，上午9時45分匯價來到29.984元，升值1.08角。

匯銀人士表示，美國聯邦準備理事會（Fed）7月會議記錄顯示，如經濟改善，官員支持今年起縮減刺激，消息傳出後，亞洲股市下挫。

外匯交易員表示，台股開盤下跌53點，台北外匯市場新台幣匯率今天以30.120元，貶值2.8分開盤後，出口商拋匯、外商銀行買匯，新台幣盤初呈升值走勢。

交易員說，新台幣盤面雖然升值，但若扣除央行前一個交易日阻升逾1角，新台幣實質匯率在平盤附近整理。
