外木山竟有憨膽人 想游泳遭海巡驅離

儘管停班停課，但基隆市昨日並無明顯感受到潭美颱風的強大威力，沒有強風，只有間歇性的大雨，倒是基隆港及沿線海域風浪不小，但無傳出重大災情，僅零星的樹倒、小積水等。

潭美颱風來襲，北北基於前晚宣布停班停課，但基隆市截至昨晚六時，並無出現強風豪雨，僅偶有間歇性的大雨，全市並沒有任何重大災情，只是出現樹倒、小積水及山區不嚴重的落石等情形。

相較於市區的「無感」，基隆港及沿線海域則是明顯出現強勁的風浪。基隆港內適逢大潮，水位明顯上升，港內也是一波一波的浪潮湧向岸邊；八斗子、外木山等基隆沿岸，則是風浪強勁，不時有巨浪拍打上岸，怵目驚心。

其中，外木山海邊於昨晨竟有民眾無視強勁風浪，想要下水游泳，海巡人員巡邏發現，立即要求要游泳的民眾不得下水，並立即離去；另有觀浪的民眾緊臨岸邊，基於安全考量，海巡人員也都要求他們離開岸邊。
