潭美遠離 中南部防大豪雨

潭美颱風雖然並未台灣帶來強陣風，但是昨（二十一）日中午暴風圈觸地前後，卻在台中、苗栗、台北、南投等地帶來不小的雨量。

中央氣象局提醒民眾，今天中午之前台灣大部分地區還是處於潭美颱風影響範圍內，要特別小心潭美颱風所帶來的超大雨量，南部地區則是要注意颱風外圍環流所帶來的豪雨或大雨。

氣象局表示，潭美颱風暴風圈接觸台灣陸地後，持續每小時二十五公里的速度快速的朝西進行，預計今天下午五時中心位置會來到大陸福州西方三百一十公里處，台灣陸地警報最快在今天清晨，最慢今天上午就會解除。

這次潭美風勢雖然不像之前蘇力颱風這麼大，但是帶來的雨量卻是十分驚人，預估今天開始台灣中南部地區雨勢開始加大，尤其是高雄與屏東山區，累積雨量可能會衝到一千毫米，中部山區、竹苗山區也有可能出現一千毫米的降雨量。

【中央社台北二十一電】氣象局今天表示，輕颱潭美中心在入夜後離北台灣最近，強陣風增加，預估暴風圈在明天凌晨到上午間遠離。
