標題[請問] 若窗台物體砸落 法律責任?

我在北部租屋 日前發現窗台上有部分物體鏽蝕 擔心物體掉落砸傷路人 有告知房東請他修繕 房東卻只有簡單處理 我因工作忙碌也沒有再督促他進一步處置 如今房東已出國一段時間 中秋節我回到南部 看到颱風新聞 很擔心東西被吹落砸傷人 (雖然機率很低啦 並沒有說很不堅固 只是我比較杞人憂天) 如果萬一砸傷路人 我會有法律責任嗎 但民法規定房東需盡「修繕義務」 所以責任應該是房東 而與房客無關吧? 請賜教...>※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.170.184.193 ※ camelfat:轉錄至看板 PttLifeLaw 09/20 09:08
