華光第三波拆除 居民淚滿面

華光社區「違建聚落」，今天起展開最後一波為期三天的拆除作業，雖然知道是國有地，但很多居民眼看家園被拆還是難過掉淚，聲援學生組成苦行隊伍，扛著家具、磚瓦，一路走到行政院前表達抗議。

主導拆遷的法務部則說，已經幫忙弱勢居民搬遷，並且支付在中繼住宅的一年房租。

學生在額頭綁上黃布條，在華光社區前集結，房子將被拆除，有的居民不捨，抱著住在華光40多年的母親遺照，情緒激動。聲援的學生還將房子裡的床墊、桌椅、甚至木門板拆卸下來，扛在身上，從華光社區前開始徒步遊行，走上凱道，最終停留在行政院前表達抗議。隨著鼓聲一步步前進，象徵無殼蝸牛。

最早從2007年因為都更決議拆除的華光社區，在2013年3月開始執行拆除，總共174戶的違章建築，經歷兩次拆遷作業，至今剩下33戶。法務部表示，針對弱勢的華光居民，已經安置搬遷，並且幫忙支付一年的中繼住宅租金，與居民溝通平和，這些違建預計在8/27-29能夠全數拆除完畢。
