民進黨立委李應元指出，根據審計部最新決算審核報告，截至101年12月底，全國被占有的國有房舍高達776棟，總面積超過13萬平方公尺。

他表示，目前國有房舍最大的侵占者是救國團，長期侵占松江路的黃金地段，根據審計部的資料，侵占面積高達5580坪；當地辦公室租金每坪每月都在2000元以上，每年不法利益超過新台幣1.3億元。
