摘要：前財政部長、駐ＷＴＯ首任常任代表顏慶章則說，重建經濟信心，要先想好哪些是努力做得到的、方向往哪。如果沒有好好思考判斷，會設定一些不需要做、或做不到的事，結果民眾對政府、對未來的信心都會減少。 他說，大家都說要自由化、國際化，這點無庸置疑，但是「我聽不到實質的內容」，到底該做哪些事情才算是做到這個目標，政府一定要有方向。
